ISA for All

Personal Value

Whenever we ask servers, janitors, messengers or guards to do something, it would be very nice to say “Please” and “Thank you”. Saying “brother” or “sister” is sweet and I like it. You rarely see this happening in other places but is prominent in our country. This way we give them value. And a smile flashed towards their direction can brighten their day. Their work is hard and their pay is low. It’s the least we can do for them.

For people’s insults, slander, badmouthing to work, you first must honor; value their opinions and efforts in order to make them effective. Ignore negativity and JUST CHILL! Do what is right and do not give them that much attention and worth.

Want to be successful? Here is a formula. Discipline. Hard work. Humility to learn. Delayed gratification. Refusal to quit in the thick of challenges. Many do not want these but you do. Tell and convince yourself: “Today, I will do what others won’t so that one day I can do what others can’t.” And that increases my personal value.

All we need is a little bit of everything and a whole lot of ISA.
