Eid Mubarak! Yes, it’s a long weekend! Time to GET SOME REST and GET SOME SLEEP! Don’t binge on TV series and don’t splurge on junk food. Eat healthy. Drink lots of water. In four months the year is almost over.
It’s always good to get ready to rise up and shine and grind. And you can best do this when you are in top fit and form. Take time to recharge. It’s hard to see where you’re going when your lights are dim.
Many are looking forward to the long weekend. Some would pack the days with a lot of travel and activities. That could be exciting and helpful but do not neglect getting ample rest and sleep. So when the weekend is over, then you would be fully recharged.
All we need is a little bit of everything and a whole lot of ISA.
