One day, a man had a flu. To avoid spreading his germs, his wife dropped his plate and utensils in boiling water. Their five-year old daughter saw this and asked, “What are you doing Mommy?”
“I’m boiling the dishes to kill Daddy’s germs,” she said. The girl remained quiet. After awhile, she said, “I have an idea. Why not just boil Daddy and kill all his germs?”
Crises situations always remind us to go back to the basics. Wash hands. Maintain hygiene. Be careful and be considerate. How I behave affects you and how you behave affects others. Eat right. Vitamins. This is a reboot towards the basics. And at the same time, we need to show compassion and understanding. The basics are important but we tend to forget or neglect it. Difficult times like these remind us to go back to the basics.
Everything is being canceled; games, shows, vacations – cancellations everywhere! But God will never cancel his promise to take care of us! Do not interpret the presence of problems as the absence of God. He has promised “never will I leave you; never will I forsake you.” In these times of uncertainties, how else could you encourage and assure people but for the love of God that does not change and has stayed true to His promises. #Pray #GoAwayCoronaVirus #StayHome #StaySafe #StayHealthy
